Pferdewirt - Create training plan

If you create the plan online:

• Open the link to the training plan.
• You have not yet registered? Please register and set a password.
• The data stored there will be automatically transferred to the training plan.
• Please ensure that you select the correct name and address of your training company (see recognition certificates).
• Keep the vocational training contract to hand so that you can transfer some of the data without any problems.
• You can interrupt and save at any time while you are working on the training plan.
• You can "scroll" backwards or forwards at any time in the left-hand navigation bar.
• At the end, the training plan is subjected to a plausibility check ("have you filled in everything correctly").
• You can use the "Send" button to send the training plan as an e-mail to the "Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe" (Karlsruhe Regional Council), which will then print it out for you.
• Once the vocational training contract has been processed, your trainee will receive the training plan by post from the Karlsruhe Regional Council together with the vocational training contract.
• The trainee must then file it in the training record (report booklet).
• Please note the instructions in the training plan and the regular handwritten processing.
